Web Developer (Fullstack)

Job Summary

We are looking for a developer with a strong focus on backend development, security, and system design. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of modern web technologies and a dedication to data security. The successful candidate will be adept at crafting robust, scalable, and secure web applications. Essential skills include proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, as well as a solid foundation in database management and data security principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & develop systems infrastructure and databases to support website functionality and future growth.
  • Integrate payment processing systems, focusing on Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
  • Write comprehensive tests for infrastructure and APIs to maintain high-quality code and secure environments.
  • Creating and manage private and public APIs for internal and external use.
  • Proficiency in MDX with proven expertise in transforming static Markdown into dynamic front-end content, enriched with interactive features.
  • Create and maintain documentation for backend architectures, data structures, and security measures.
  • Work with the team to identify and resolve issues, and provide technical support as needed.

Required Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of React and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering and serverless architecture.
  • Experience with database management and SQL/SQLite.
  • Deep understanding of data security principles and practices.
  • Ability to write tests for infrastructure and APIs.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on React and TypeScript.
  • Proven track record of developing secure, scalable, and efficient web applications.
  • Experience in payment systems integration, specifically with Stripe.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Security, or a related field is preferred.
